Your Audio Is Ready

This isn’t about trying to relax or forcing your nervous system to change. It’s about slowing down enough to listen to what your body is communicating.

During the audio, you may notice sensations, emotions, thoughts or memories. Whatever arises, follow these simple steps:

1. Pause & Listen
When I ask you a question, notice the first thing that comes up. Don’t think about what you should say or search for the right answer.

2. Say It Out Loud
When something does arise, I encourage you to answer out loud.

3. Feel, Don’t Fix
If an uncomfortable emotion, thought, memory or sensation appears, you don’t need to push it away or make it disappear. Practice allowing yourself to feel it.

4. Stay Curious
Rather than asking, “How do I get rid of this?” practice being curious about what comes up
